TJSS Olympics Celebrates 5th Anniversary Hosting 7 Guest Schools

From September 23rd to the 27th, our school hosted the 5th annual TJSS Olympics, welcoming student-athletes from seven guest schools across the region: Instituto de Humanidades, Colegio Amanecer, Sagrados Corazones, Saint John’s, Almondale Lomas, Almondale San Pedro de la Paz, and Colegio Creación.

Over five exciting days, teams went head-to-head in Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball across the U14 and U18 categories. Additionally, on Saturday, September 26th, we hosted an exhilarating Taekwondo showcase, where Thomas Jefferson STEM School martial artists trained alongside students from Kingston College and the Pardo Team and Taekwondo Génesis academies.

This year, TJSS proudly took home the Overall Championship Trophy, awarded to the school with the highest number of total victories. Congratulations to all of our student-athletes for an incredible tournament!
